Terms of Service
Last updated August 25, 2026 · Questions: [email protected]
The short version
- Visibled is a business tool. Your workspace owner agrees to these terms for everyone in the workspace.
- Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel in the billing portal. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you paid for, and your data stays put on the free plan.
- Monthly plan credits expire at the end of each cycle. Credits you purchase separately never expire.
- You own the content you bring and the content Visibled generates for you. You are responsible for having the rights to what you upload, link, and publish.
- AI answers can be wrong. Review generated content before you publish it, and treat scores as measurements, not guarantees.
The agreement
These terms are a contract between Visibled ("we", "us") and the person or business that creates a workspace ("you"). By creating an account or using visibled.com you agree to them, along with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle data. Visibled is a professional tool for businesses and their agencies; it is not for children, and you must be able to form a binding contract to use it.
Your account and workspace
- Keep your sign-in credentials secure and your account information accurate.
- The workspace owner is responsible for the workspace: its billing, the teammates invited into it, and what those teammates do in it. Seats and roles are set by your plan.
- Our staff can access workspace data when needed for support you request, billing, security, or abuse review. That access is logged.
Plans, credits, and billing
- Subscriptions renew automatically. Paid plans are billed by Stripe, monthly or annually, at the price shown when you subscribe, and renew until you cancel. Cancel any time from the billing portal in your workspace settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep paid features until then.
- After cancellation your workspace moves to the free plan. Nothing is deleted: your projects, scan history, and reports remain, subject to free-plan limits.
- Credits meter content and creative work (drafts, images, video). Your plan's monthly credit allowance expires at the end of each monthly cycle. Credits you purchase as top-up packs never expire. Credits have no cash value and are not transferable. Failed generations are never charged, and if we refund a credit purchase, the corresponding credits are removed from your wallet.
- Usage limits (scan frequency, prompts per scan, brands, seats, and similar) are part of your plan. We may enforce them, and we may adjust limits where reasonably needed to protect the service.
- Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. Prices can change; we will give you notice, and changes apply from your next renewal. You are responsible for applicable taxes.
Your content and permissions
You keep ownership of everything you bring to Visibled: your domains, prompts, business details, uploads, and connected accounts. You give us permission to process that content to run the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not sell it and we do not train AI models on it.
By submitting content, you promise that you have the rights to it. In particular:
- Uploads. Images, audio, and other media you upload (including anything showing a real person) must be yours to use. If a person's likeness or voice appears in material you upload or in ads you generate, obtaining their consent is your responsibility.
- Linked videos. When you paste a social video link, you confirm you own the video or are authorized to reuse it, and that reuse complies with the platform's terms.
- Connected sites and accounts. Connect only websites and accounts (WordPress, Google, Cloudflare, Bing) you are authorized to manage. Content is sent to WordPress as drafts for your review; you decide what goes live.
- Domains you scan. Scans and audits analyze publicly available information. You are responsible for your use of them being lawful in your circumstances.
Generated content
- As between you and us, content Visibled generates for you (page drafts, blog posts, reports, ad images and video) is yours to use. We claim no ownership of it.
- AI-generated content can be inaccurate, incomplete, or similar to content generated for others. Review and edit it before publishing; you are responsible for what you publish.
- Generation runs on third-party AI models whose safety systems may refuse some requests (for example, video models may reject images of real people). Generated ad media is stored at publicly accessible, unguessable URLs so rendering tools can read it.
About the monitoring itself
Visibled works by asking AI systems the questions buyers ask and analyzing the answers alongside public web data. Reports naturally mention other businesses: competitor names, domains, rankings, and citations. Those names and trademarks belong to their owners; their appearance in a report is analysis of public information and does not imply any affiliation or endorsement. Scores and leaderboards are measurements of sampled AI answers at a point in time, not statements of fact about any business.
Acceptable use
Do not use Visibled to:
- break the law, infringe anyone's rights, or harass any person or business;
- deceive: no fake reviews, no undisclosed paid promotion, no astroturfing. If you post content Visibled drafted (for example a Reddit reply), disclose your affiliation and follow the platform's rules;
- generate content that impersonates a real person or organization, or ads using a likeness or voice you have no rights to;
- probe, overload, or disrupt the service, circumvent usage limits or access controls, scrape the service, or resell it without our written agreement;
- upload malware or content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringing.
If you believe content on Visibled infringes your rights, email [email protected] and we will review and respond, including removing content where appropriate.
Third-party services
Visibled depends on third-party AI models, data providers, and platforms (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and others described in the Privacy Policy). Their behavior, availability, and policies are outside our control and change over time; features that depend on them may change, degrade, or be discontinued. We are not responsible for third-party services or for the content AI systems produce about any business.
Our intellectual property
The Visibled service, software, and branding are ours and protected by law. These terms give you the right to use the service, not to copy it. If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without obligation to you.
Disclaimers
Visibled is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that AI answers or generated content will be accurate, or that using Visibled will improve your visibility, rankings, traffic, or revenue.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for all claims related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred US dollars if you have paid nothing. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Indemnification
You will defend and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your content, your use of the service in violation of these terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights, including publicity and intellectual property rights in material you upload or publish.
Suspension and termination
You can stop using Visibled at any time, and can request deletion of your account and data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, abuse of the service, non-payment, or where required by law. Where practical, we will warn you first. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnification) survive.
Changes
We improve the service continuously, and features may change. When these terms change meaningfully, we will update the date at the top and notify you in the app or by email; continued use after a change means you accept it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, excluding its conflict-of-law rules, and disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. These terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between us about the service.
